Attending your examination
As a patient, you will receive an appointment letter from our partner solicitors, or claims management company. We endeavour to get appointment dates at a convenience to our patients, but if there are any difficulties please do not hesitate to contact us right away. We may need access to your medical records during your examination – if this is the case we will ask for your consent prior to commencing your appointment.

Attending your examination
Personal injury claims are usually settled before any court appearances on the basis of the medical report. You must attend a medical examination so that you are assessed properly, and a report can be prepared to help support your claim
